1. Service
Smart Gold Calc provides tools to estimate jewelry prices based on metal weight, purity, making charges, and taxes. The website calculator and Android app are provided “as is”.
2. Not financial advice
All prices, spot data, and calculations are for jewelry quoting purposes only. They are not investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data may be delayed or approximate. Always verify prices with your supplier and local regulations before selling to customers.
3. Accounts & subscriptions
Sign-in and Pro subscriptions are optional. Paid features are billed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Refunds follow Google Play policies.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of invoice data you enter. You grant us permission to store and sync it solely to provide the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape APIs in violation of third-party terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on quotes, spot prices, or cloud sync failures. Use at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
